Customer Reviews
A14 works well for my daughter
Got the Troomi A14 for my oldest, and it's been pretty good. She can text and call, which is what we wanted. The parent portal is easy enough to use to add contacts. It shipped pretty fast, I think it was less than a week. No complaints here, it does what it needs to.
Great phone and service!
I ordered a Troomi A15 for my son, and it's been fantastic! The setup was easy, and the KidSmart OS is exactly what we needed. I loved being able to control the apps through the parent portal. Delivery was quick, took about 4 days to get to us in California. I'll definitely be buying another one for my daughter next year!
Good for kids, some minor issues
I bought the Troomi Samsung smartphone with an annual plan during their back-to-school sale. The ordering process was straightforward online, and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping took about a week to arrive in New Mexico, which was acceptable. The phone itself feels durable, and the screen protector I added seems good quality. The KidSmart OS is definitely a standout feature; it gave me peace of mind knowing my child wasn't exposed to unwanted content. Managing apps and contacts through the parent portal was intuitive. My only minor gripe was a slight delay when I tried to add a new contact to her phone remotely, but it eventually updated. Overall, it's a solid choice for a kid's first phone.
Pine phone is perfect
Got the Troomi Pine phone for my youngest. It arrived fast. Simple to set up. She can call me. Good peace of mind. Very happy with it.
Worth the annual plan
I was looking for a safe phone option for my child and went with the Troomi A54. I opted for the annual plan to get the savings; it definitely felt like a better deal than paying monthly. I also snagged a free phone with the plan, which was a huge bonus! The activation fee waiver was nice too. It felt like a good investment for the peace of mind it offers.
